What is Phyba
Phyba creates athletic superfood supplements designed to support real life energy, gut health, and athletic performance. Our formulas are built for people who train, run, surf, lift, and live with intensity.

Are your products copied from other brands
No. We invent product concepts and build formulas from scratch with guidance from our expert team, including microbiologists, dieticians, and naturopaths.

Ordering and subscriptions

Do you offer subscriptions
Yes. You can subscribe to any product for a lower price and set your delivery frequency so you never run out.

Do you have an affiliate program
Yes. If you love Phyba, you can apply to become an affiliate and share your unique code. You will earn rewards for supporting the brand, plus get early access to new products and trial products for testing.

Shipping

Where do you ship
We ship worldwide.

How much is shipping
We do not make money on shipping. Our shipping prices cover most of the postage cost and we absorb some of the cost for every customer.

How fast do you dispatch orders
We typically dispatch within 30 minutes to 24 hours, unless a product is sold out.

Will I get a tracking number
Yes, you will receive tracking once your order is packed and scanned by the carrier.

Returns

What is your returns policy
You can return a product within 30 days for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged
Email perform@phyba.com.au with a photo of the parcel and the product, and we will make it right quickly.

Product quality and safety

Are Phyba products vegan
Yes. All Phyba products are vegan.

Are Phyba products gluten free and dairy free
Yes, our products are formulated to be gluten and dairy free, but they are not certified. Use at your own risk if you have a severe allergy or intolerance.

Do your products contain allergens
The Peanut Butter Plant Protein contains peanuts. Other flavours do not contain nuts as an intentional ingredient, but always check the label if you have allergies.

Are your products food grade
Yes. Our products are food grade.

Can I use Phyba if I am pregnant or breastfeeding
Our products are food grade, however we recommend you consult your doctor first, especially during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do you test your products
Yes. We test for heavy metals. We also have HASTA and Drug Free Sport certification coming soon.

Do you use prebiotics and postbiotics too
